Why do we use your data?
We need your contact details so we can reply to your query and resolve any issues. We also may need to contact you to verify you as a customer for any purchase and order related queries or issues.
We need your billing address and shipping address for the purposes of executing a successful order and for Anti Money Laundering due diligence, and KYC verification requirements.
Marketing and newsletters
We only send marketing material if you give us your consent to do so by separately registering for that service. You always have the choice to opt-out of this service.
How long do we keep your data?
Any data relating to queries will be kept until the query is resolved, unless you are a registered customer, we reserve the rights to keep this data for longer. Any data relating to your online account, order history and trading data (administration and accounts documents referring to transactions) is kept for 10 years after termination of our business relationship.
Transferring your data.
If you choose to purchase items from our online shop some of your data may be transferred to our Payment Gateway service providers, including: Paypal and Transactium. This data is only transferred for the purposes of verification to satisfy a transaction.
Your privacy choices and rights
You may choose not to provide us with any personal data and continue to browse our website, but we will not be able to process any customer support queries or any actions relating to your online accounts.
